RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your item, please firstly email us at hello@snaakshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order to alert us of your wish to return, together with order number and the reason for your return.

If you would like to replace or amend your item with a different item or items, please email us at hello@snaakshop.com within 14 days of receipt of your item, and tell us what you would like to replace it with, together with the name and address of the recipient of the replaced item.

Please make sure that all returned items are packaged carefully for safe shipping. Return of unwanted or replaced items means that we should receive items undamaged, unused, in original and unmarked packaging, and in pristine condition for re-sale . nothing less will do. 

REFUNDS

We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement within seven days of receipt of the returned goods if they are received by us undamaged, unused, and in pristine condition. You will receive a refund confirmation email; however, please be aware that it may take a further seven days for the refund transaction to be processed and appear in your account.

If the item is replaced with another item, you will receive an email detailing shipping and tracking of the replacement items after they have been shipped.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation for purchasing online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charges but does not include the cost of returning the items.

This means that we are not obliged to cover your item return costs - BUT as an offer of goodwill we will refund up to the equivalent of our standard postage fee cost per order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order please report it by emailing hello@snaakshop.com within 14 days of your invoice date.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@snaakshop.com quoting your order number.
